Discrete math covers a wide range of topics, all of which I have studied as and undergraduate at Cornell and as a graduate student at Central Connecticut State University and University of New Hampshire. As a tutor, I hope to create many safe, fun, and cooperative learning experiences for elementary, middle, high school, and college students. These experiences will make sure that the students’ skills match the challenges in the lessons. A special talent of mine is that I know how to explain and demonstrate dance routines very well, including the Cha Cha Slide. (read more)
...I later graduated from the University of Rhode Island (URI) in Spring 2021 with an M.S. in Mathematics. I spent two years as a teaching assistant at URI, during which time I taught one section of Intermediate Algebra and three sections of Applied Calculus. Since graduating from URI, I have taught several sections of Algebra and Calculus courses at the community college level. (read more)
