However my university enforced a broad general education set of requirements including physics, chemistry, mathematics, and biology, as well as several liberal arts. ...Simultaneously, I was teaching at the local Kumon center for all age students at all levels of math, from elementary arithmetic to higher level calculus and vector analysis. I also completed the math program at Kumon at the #1 position in all of North America. On my SAT, I scored a 740 on the math section, and on the two SAT Math subject tests I got a 730 and 720.
