As a born-and-raised local, I've been involved in the East End community for over 15 years. ...On the Writing part of the SATs, students don't really "write." Rather, they edit writing choices. To begin, I give them a pretest and determine their weaknesses. Then we review the structure of the test, the type of questions that will come up testing those exact skills, and examine choices. (read more)
