I have just retired from Williamson County Schools in Franklin TN after 21 years. 13 years were spent in the classroom as mainly 4th/5th grade math and science teacher and 8 years as a math instructional coach. My Level of Effectiveness Scores have mostly been 5s which is the highest score you can get. As a classroom teacher my focus was on small groups during math instruction. (read more)
