...As a student of meditation and sacred music, in respected Ashrams in America and India, I studied Hatha Yoga and Iyengar style Yoga (Anusara Yoga) in weekly classes, including taking several week long Yoga intensives. My aim in teaching Yoga to Western students is how to be gentle in the poses. It's important that we know how to slow down, do less and move more deeply into the poses. (read more)
