Second, I worked as a teacher's assistant during classes to provide additional help to those with questions. ...I have a great deal of patience and enthusiasm when explaining chemistry concepts and working with students who struggle. I believe a good tutor should look for examples to help reinforce topics and try explaining the material different ways if a student is having trouble grasping a topic. I don't believe that good teaching is reciting facts over and over in only one format. (read more)
