...While taking classes, I worked (under the advisement of a literacy pedagogy professor) with a local homeless child on developing her own set of decoding skills so that she could enter kindergarten this fall. In the 2016-2017 school year, I taught Honors Pre-Calculus, Honors Discrete Math, and Advanced Functions and Modeling. Trigonometry is part of all these classes. (read more)
