...I did quite well in all my middle and high school math classes, including trigonometry. I was often the go-to girl for helping my friends understand math concepts they were struggling with. I was able to figure out how to explain the concepts or problems in a way that made sense to them. (read more)
...I have been studying Spanish for the past 7 years, culminating in joining the Peace Corps in Guatemala this past February. My last Spanish assessment put me at a level called "intermediate low". Unfortunately, the coronavirus situation forced Peace Corps to temporarily suspend all volunteer activities, and I had to return to the US. (read more)
