...I can relate to students who struggle with overall comprehension of math because I struggled too. When I got into high school, I had an amazing teacher that showed me that not only was I capable of doing the math, but that I also enjoyed it. ...The ACT SCIENCE section covers three basic areas, which I like to call "Charts, Tables, and Graphs," (interpretation), "Experiments--causes and effects," and "Opposing Theories--aka Fighting Scientists." Some of the questions can be rather tricky. The GOOD NEWS is that you DON'T have to be good at science. All the information is given to help you answer the questions. (read more)
