...It's like teaching a child to ride a bike, you don't get on the bike with them and peddle it, you hold them, then you push them then you are just there in case they fall. This progressive style of teaching is what I find to be the most effective. By the end the goal is that they can do the problem by themselves and that they feel confident. (read more)
