...I transitioned from helping friends in High School to becoming an official tutor in college, but my method is pretty much the same. Rather than act like a teacher, I like to get to know the students I'm helping and treat our lessons in a much more casual way. I teach topics in the way that I understand them, go over practice problems and encourage lots of questions. (read more)
