...I find some learners who are not auditory will not absorb lectures well. With others it relates to a fundamental issue with how the individual approaches the discipline and a concept that he/she cannot excel. Whatever the reason, I will shift the way I teach back the subject and try to make it dynamic, fun and something the student can absorb. (read more)
