It is not the kid. It is how we teach (or cant teach Math) For me, it is always hard when I hear that “mathematics is too hard” Some students don’t see the value in it. They don’t see any practical purpose in what they are learning. (read more)
With my unique background and education, I can work successfully with a wide variety of students who have a wide variety of "issues" with learning math. I understand where the problems are, and how best to get past them and onto a confident path to math success. My undergraduate degree is in mathematics, and I have worked as a computer professional, as well as a math tutor. (read more)
