...I have learned methods as I have aged- I have different methods and strategies for different stages in my life- as a teenager, college students, young mom and working mom and wife. With ADHD, a little change or stressor can really alter which methods are most effective. For instance, in college, I would study vocabulary or memorize lists for exams while on the elliptical or treadmill. (read more)
