...When I was growing up, if I said something that was incorrect grammatically, she would always make me repeat it correctly five times. Of course I didn't appreciate it at the time, but this made me very good in grammar. I find that this method of hearing the correct phrase repetitively really works and sticks with a student much more than strictly memorizing grammar rules. (read more)
