Yoko taught Japanese Language Courses and Japanese Brush Writing Courses at University of Arkansas - Fort Smith from 2009 - 2012. During the time, she was a part of Japan Foundation's "Japan Outreach Initiative" and served the community as a "Cultural Ambassador" introducing Japanese language and culture.
