...To emphasize the concept of biological magnification I involved cannibalism and implored my students to only eat vegetarians. They were the only group among three in the school that nailed that question on the final. I have a good handle on Linnean classification and the evolutionary march to complexity without falling into the anthropomorphic smugness of some. (read more)
