...I started my undergraduate career at Penn State University Park studying Biomedical Engineering and transferred to the University of Washington in Seattle - finishing my BS in Biochemistry. I had extensive tutoring at Penn State in Calculus and mathematics. I went to work at Duke University studying protein signaling pathways in Aspergillus fumigatus - a common fungal pathogen.
