I was tasked with teaching undergraduate, graduate, and medical students how to use the resources of the facility and how to perform scientific research. ...I have set up new computers, loaded (and debugged) software applications and user tools, such as Skype, virus protection and Media software. I have installed (and debugged!) many peripheral components, such as printers, wireless pointers, hard drives, recording devices, etc. While I am not Microsoft certified, I have managed my own suite of computers and software tools for many years.
