...I first stumbled upon tutoring in high school, and realized how incredibly rewarding it is. Not only do I value the feeling of sharing my knowledge to help another student, but also, I value the connections I make with my students. In many situations, the "one size fits all" approach is effective, however, in teaching, I find it detrimental. (read more)
