From 1997 to 2003 I worked mainly with adults with physical disabilities and sense disabilities (blind and deaf), and learned American sign language and Braille writing. Currently, I am working as a full-time Math Lecturer at UNT and as an adjunct math instructor at Collin. ...Due to my prior private tutoring experience, I came in with the skills that are needed to meet a student where they are and take them to where they need to be. I assisted students in both drop-in and one-on-one settings, conducting in-person and online sessions. In May of 2023 I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, and have been private tutoring ever since. (read more)
