...My coach emphasized the importance of a healthy diet, vitamins, running 6/7 days of the week, biking or swimming in the morning 6/7 days a week, weight lifting, stretching, yoga, and core. I love running because it connects so many forms of working out, in order to be successful. I have run a sub 2-hour half marathon at an altitude (7,500 ft above sea level) and continue to train.
