...For many of my students, this is their first experience taking a timed exam of this length. As a result, I place a strong emphasis on timing and have students complete short sets of questions within a certain time frame. Once in a while I'd stay after school and help people who asked for it, and this soon turned into a regular after-school tutoring program.
