...My turning point was when I took a calculus course with an excellent, dedicated teacher who showed me how the things I was learning in the classroom could apply to real life. My passion is passing on the tremendous favor that the teacher did for me to my students. ...I worked in the writing center there for 3 years. This past summer I also began tutoring for the ACT. I scored in the 99.4th percentile on the exam (34 composite score —English 35, Math 35, Reading 32, Science 35). I really enjoy working with students and seeing them make major progress! (read more)

I have been teaching math since 1980. I can tutor all math subject up to PreCalc. In those years:
I have taught Algebra 100 times; I have taught Geometry probably 100 times also;
