My focus while working towards my BA and MA was to become a teacher. While achieving my MA I served as a Teaching Assistant for one of my history professors. After completing my year of residency towards my PhD. in Asian and American history, I shifted somewhat to the business world and became enthralled with the food service sector of the business world.
