The greatest feeling for me is a student, maybe struggling and frustrated, can leave feeling prepared, knowledgeable, and excited about the material! ...I have also taught English as a Second Language classes to adults. When I am not teaching, I enjoy reading, sewing, and spending time outdoors. ...We have implemented the Heggerty Curriculum that teaches students age 3 to third grade on phonemes, that are letter sounds that make up words.
