...In high school, I co-taught my school’s AP Music Theory course, and helped raise the class average AP score to the highest it had been to date! I've worked as a tutor for the IU math department, tutoring calc, finite, algebra, and more! In high school, I was a National Merit finalist with perfect ACT and SAT math scores, a 5 on the AP calc BC exam, and an A+ in pre-calc. (read more)
...I took a lot of APs( 5 on Physics C mechanics, 5 on calc BC, 4 on bio, 5 on psych, 5 on human geo). I also took AP Research and Seminar and earned a Capstone Diploma. ...I like to show students the theory and beauty of calculus while teaching strategies for effective problem solving from a strong conceptual foundation. Proofs and theorems can be tough to learn when you've never dealt with them before. One of my strengths is guiding students to learn how logic is related to geometrical figures gain confidence in approaching proofs. (read more)
