...While psychology is the field I am most familiar with, I am also confident in my ability to teach the ACT. Taking tests like the ACT can be very stressful, especially when a student is considering their future college plans and how a bad score may affect them. ...The only thing I didn’t complete was my last student teaching experience, which is ironic,since I’ve been teaching ever since. I taught College Algebra two years at Marshall University and served as a math tutor there for several years. I left the workforce to raise and homeschool our eight children, the first two of which have gone on to receive full rides at the Ohio State University. (read more)
